We have provision for both "Pay at Checkout" and "Pay on Delivery" options. You can opt to collect your order at our Pickup point Location at Platinum Plaza, Tom Mboya Street, 3rd Floor - Shop 305.
Return and Refund Policy
No Returns on Underwear. Clothing & other items: Returns/Exchanges OK, with tags & Original packaging. Return within 48 hours, two options: Drop-Off or Rider Pickup (at your expense). Refunds in 48 hours.
